We've been happy with Green Pest for several years clearing out bugs (nasty wasps, etc) on porch, odd little beetles in house, and recently rats (cute, but still. . . ), probably drawn to our bird feeder, who are being kept in check. Yesterday's Green Pest man was very nice, came to the door to let us know he was here, and discussed rat problem very helpfully. Effective over the years, and pleasant people to work with. I would add another half star to the 4 above. Cost seems reasonable to get the job done right.

I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found heavy activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. First, I removed what looks like the start of a paper wasp nest from your patio umbrella, Next ,I inspected the perimeter of the home, and I did not see any other wasp or carpenter bee activity, I did notice that you have two wooden posts on your patio, I would suggest either painting them or staining them to prevent carpenter bee activity. Hello good afternoon today. Your initial pest control service was completed. I inspected the interior for rodent activity. I saw some droppings in the kitchen. Also behind the stove. I placed two traps behind the stove as well as as a bait station. I also found some gaps underneath the cabinet that I was able to plug up with copper mesh at this time. I also installed a rodent station in the utility closet as well as some traps. I do recommend getting a door suite for underneath the utility closet door in case rodents are coming from that area. This will help prevent activity in the living space. We will be back in about two weeks to inspect these stations and traps for any activity. In the meantime, I do recommend storing food items in sealed containers, especially bags/boxes. I also recommend vacuuming the kitchen floor as well as wiping down the countertops to help reduce food source for rodents as they are entering the unit so they can start eating the rodent bait that we have out.
