The team were thorough and careful in completing my quarterly maintenance, and placing preventative termite traps around the perimeter of the property. We haven't had any termites before, but with the activity increase in the state we weren't taking risks.

Good afternoon I was here today for your quarterly pest control service. Today I inspected your exterior rodent control device on the driveway side front of your home. A small amount of activity was noted. I removed the old bait and put fresh bait inside. Good morning Eva, thanks for calling Green Pests solutions. This is CJ today provided a quarterly service with special attention for carpenter activity. I checked the perimeter of the house for carpenter bee holes and wasp nest. I also inspected for possible points of rodent ingress. I found a few carpenter holes in the wood above the front door and several along the wood in the back of the house. While providing a spray treatment to the foundation of the home, I also treated these areas that showed carpenter bee activity . The bee holes that I treat today should kill off any of these that come in contact with it over the next 90 days. But newbies may get the clever idea of creating entirely new holes somewhere else on your patio. Any holes that exist next season will be reused by new bees. This is why re-recommend, sometime in the fall, to have these holes plugged up and wood sealed or varnished. Please give today’s treatment about 10 days to see the best results. And if you see an
Today I completed your initial pest service. I started by inspecting the basement and the kitchen and the laundry room. I placed four mouse bait stations in the basement. I placed two in the kitchen as well as three mouse traps. I placed one mouse bait station in the laundry room. I also put three large exterior rodent bait stations on the exterior of your home to monitor rodent activity and help control the population. During my inspection, I saw lots of gaps and holes in the foundation and around the windows in the basement I recommend having these filled and fixed to help pest from getting inside. I filled holes with copper mesh that I was able to from the outside. I will schedule a 2 week follow to monitor the rodent activity. During my inspection, I also checked for termites and saw no signs of termite activity. Good afternoon, Nice to meet you today. I was here for your initial pest service. I found rodent droppings in the basement, kitchen and attic. I placed bait stations on p those areas and the exterior. I sealed 3 areas of entry on the exterior. For the ants I applied a liquid residual to the exterior perimeter. I treated one carpenter bee drill hole at the porch. I installed termite bait stations to the perimeter. Allow a week or two for the ants to be controlled, multiple treatments maybe needed. Good afternoon. Today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the termite monitoring stations showing no activity. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait station and it was empty. I replenished with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting general/seasonal pests. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment. I recommend rerouting drain pipe behind AC unit further away from home so that water does not pool directly against foundation. This could increase pest activity.
