This is my first experience with GPS and I have to say it was really good out of the gate. I recieved a call back in a reasonable amount of time. The appointment was kept and Kevin arrived when he said he would. He explained what the service would entail, answered my questions, and even helped with a neighbor’s dog when he got overly curious about “the new guy”! If I ever need pest control services again I would not hesitate to call back or recommend to family/friends.

Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for any evidence of termites and found none at this time. I installed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I used the same liquid solution to spot-treat the yellow jacket nest in the brick by the garage. Allow five to seven days for control. If you have any questions, concerns, or if you continue to see activity, please give us a call. Otherwise, we will return in about 30 days for your first quarterly service. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I inspected the home and found moderate spider activity in the basement. I applied a liquid treatment to all interior baseboards to combat this and other pest activity. Outside, I swept away webs from the home. I knocked down a small wasp nest hanging from the eaves in the back. I also applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. You mentioned ants upstairs and underneath the living room couch. I placed two ant bait arenas under the couch and applied a separate liquid treatment to the baseboards of all the rooms upstairs and the living room.
