This is my first experience with GPS and I have to say it was really good out of the gate. I recieved a call back in a reasonable amount of time. The appointment was kept and Kevin arrived when he said he would. He explained what the service would entail, answered my questions, and even helped with a neighbor’s dog when he got overly curious about “the new guy”! If I ever need pest control services again I would not hesitate to call back or recommend to family/friends.

I also inspected all termite monitoring stations and found no termite activity at this time. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations as well. There was light activity in the station at the front of the garage, and moderate activity in the one at the side. I replenished both with fresh bait. I also refreshed the bait in one of the interior stations in the garage as the bait was old. I then treated the exterior perimeters of the home and detached garage, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. I was careful when treating to avoid the vegetable garden and the pond. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. Good afternoon, Nice to meet you today. Your main concern was yellow jackets. I inspected for a breech point however I couldn’t find it. I applied a liquid residual to the entrance from the exterior. Over the course of the week or two it will work its way throughout the nest and control the colony. I removed webs and applied a liquid repellent to the exterior foundation for general pests. I installed termite monitors to the four corners. If after two weeks they are still active on the exterior please call us. We will be back in 30 days for the next service. Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. Besides the wasps in the eaves I didn’t find any issues. I placed a couple of glue boards in the garage to monitor pest activity. I swept away the spider webs I found outside as well. I also blocked off the corner pieces of siding to help prevent rodent entry. I treated the perimeter with a liquid repellent treatment around the foundation, doors, windows and siding junctures to keep seasonal insects from entering your home. For the wasps, I applied a separate liquid treatment to the eaves where wasps are entering. Please allow them about 7-10 days for activity to stop.
