This is my first experience with GPS and I have to say it was really good out of the gate. I recieved a call back in a reasonable amount of time. The appointment was kept and Kevin arrived when he said he would. He explained what the service would entail, answered my questions, and even helped with a neighbor’s dog when he got overly curious about “the new guy”! If I ever need pest control services again I would not hesitate to call back or recommend to family/friends.

You mentioned ants upstairs and underneath the living room couch. I placed two ant bait arenas under the couch and applied a separate liquid treatment to the baseboards of all the rooms upstairs and the living room. Outside I installed four termite monitors that we’ll check with each visit. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the yellow jacket treatment to take effect and two weeks for the ant treatment. We’ll be back in 30 days if no further issues. Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for evidence of termites and found none. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I treated throughout the interior of the basement with a liquid repellent solution targeting crickets and spiders. I also added glue boards to monitor and trap insects. I sprinkled granular bait for crickets in the hard-to-reach areas of the basement as well. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also refilled all existing exterior rodent bait stations with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
