Good morning. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Ant activity observed along outside facing wall in kitchen and inside cabinet where dog food is stored. I inspected primary bedroom where clothing moths were reported, but no activity observed at this time. No visible termite activity observed interior or exterior during today’s visit. While inspecting the exterior of home I noticed ants trailing from mulch up the foundation behind siding and along foundation on right side of front door. I also found a few potential entry points on the back right corner of home where wiring enters under siding and behind AC unit in back of home where utility lines enter. I applied copper mesh to block openings and help prevent pest entry. I installed four termite monitoring stations on corners around the home. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trims and window trims targeting ants and other general/seasonal pest that may try to ent
It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the building focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I placed 8 large exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the building. I inspected for any possible entry points. I would recommend replacing door sweeps around exterior doors and keeping doors closed as often as possible. I placed 4 smaller rodent stations in various areas including data/electrical/break rooms. Metal tin cat stations and glue boards also placed in these areas to help catch/monitor insect and rodent activity. 2 of these tin cat stations also placed in the kitchen near doorways.
