Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service. Your main concern was mice. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Mouse droppings were found in the playroom and bedroom closet, as well as evidence of gnawing. Upon inspection, I found a sizable gap near the side porch underneath the siding that I pointed out to you. I recommend having this sealed, as well as the gaps causing light to come through the bilco doors in the basement. Any other small crevices I found in the foundation and around wires, I sealed with copper mesh. I placed five small bait stations on the interior: one in the master bedroom closet, three in the playroom (closet, radiator, behind white table), and one in the basement on the sill plate. I also placed two exterior rodent bait stations: one in the back by the bilco doors, and one on the side. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I found several gaps around pipes and wires in the basement. The basement window has a rather large gap on the top right I recommend sealing as soon as possible. I also found droppings in the attic, but am unsure how recent these are. I sealed any entry points I found along the foundation and underneath the siding with copper mesh, as well as holes around pipes/wires in the basement. Any holes/gaps I pointed out to you that I was unable to seal, I have attached photos of to your account for your viewing. I also placed an exterior rodent bait station by the basement window. Hello, today I serviced your home for yellow jackets. I applied a liquid treatment to the area where activity was reported. I recommend leaving any entry points to the nest open until all activity is gone. Please allow 4-7 days for the treatment to take effect. I found a few possible mouse entrances and blocked them with copper mesh. I then placed down two bait stations on the exterior of the house and two bait stations inside the garage. I also installed four termite monitors on the corners of the house. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I inspected the interior of home, including living room, kitchen, basement, and attic. I placed a small drop of ant gel on the kitchen windowsill. I found several possible mouse entranceways and used more copper mesh to block them. I placed two mouse bait stations in the basement and two bait stations in the attic.
