Sorry I missed you today during your quarterly inspection/service. Today you might be asking yourself why we’re out treating homes with snow on the ground and freezing temperatures however, there are pests that do try to enter the homes during this time of the year, and I did thoroughly inspect the exterior of the home in these areas, such as window, trim, doorway, entrances, light fixtures, electrical and plumbing, utility lines going in out of the home. no direct activity was observed today. However, I did treat all of these areas with a liquid repellent to control and minimize this activity from getting in the home. I did minimize cobwebs around the exterior of the home as well to help cut back on this activity. It was great to speak with you and your family today before I got started with your first quarterly inspection/service. Today I do appreciate the baseboards being cleared as fast as possible. However, I did treat all interior baseboards plus I applied gel bait to small cracks, crevices throughout the entire home and I treated the basement as well as exterior window, trim, doorway, entrances, light fixtures, and any other areas where the activity may try to get. I do recommend trying to minimize some of the personal items that you’re not using. However, today’s application may stir up a little activity, which is normal and I do recommend giving it about 10 to 14 days. I did leave you a small stack of glue boards.
