Today I inspected the property for any and all pest activity, today I did notice your shrubs are too close to the home and could grow up underneath your siding which could potentially open up entryway points. I did treat the exterior foundation all the way around with a residual liquid treatment, and I would give it about 10 to 14 days to see a full residual effective today’s application. If you’re getting mosquitoes inside your home, I would reach out to our lawn departmentgreen lawn fertilizing and the phone number is 610-524-2175. That application would not cover inside the house, just your tree, shrubs and bushes around the outside.
It was great to speak with you and your son today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today during my inspection I noticed Yellowjackets going in and out of a small void in the wire hole going through the wall. Right up above the garage to the upper left area. I treated this area with a residual liquid treatment to control this activity. Please give it about a week or so to see the full effect of the application. Conversation seems we only deal with some general household activity inside and per your request. I only treated the exterior foundation of the home and the interior baseboards of the garage. I did install two small rodent stations inside the garage due to the weatherstrip being compromised at the bottom, right corner and the flashing on the bottom left corner. While inspecting I found potential entry points on the bottom left corner of garage door where weatherstripping is missing and where utility line enters crawlspace door trim. I was able to apply copper mesh to opening indoor trim to help prevent rodent entry. I installed four termite monitoring stations on corners around your home. These will be checked on a quarterly basis.
