Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I placed painters tape over the hole inside where the yellow jackets were breaching. I then applied a liquid residual to the eaves outside where they were entering from. I installed termite monitors around the home that we’ll check with each visit. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the yellow jacket treatment to take effect. Hello I completed your service call today. I applied a liquid treatment to the nest in the corner of the basement. I applied a separate liquid treatment to the opening under the porch overhang where yellow jacket activity was seen. I also applied an aerosol treatment under the siding where they were breaching into the basement. Please allow 5 to 7 days for treatment to take effect. Hello, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the property and found a couple of entry points that I blocked off with copper mesh. I placed rodent bait stations in the basement, kitchen and outside. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior perimeter along the foundation. I also treated along the baseboards in the bathrooms. I installed a termite monitor at each corner outside as well. I recommend removing the vegetation from the side of the house to help prevent pest activity.
