I removed all spiderwebs and treated the perimeter of your home, including windows and doors with a liquid product to prevent entrance and or infestation, and also to provide residual protection from all general pests. I also replenished your rodent bait stations. They evidenced heavy activity. I did not notice any other issues today. However, I would recommend trimming back some of your vegetation, at least 12 inches away from the foundation of your home in order for us to be able to provide the most effective treatment. This is CJ and I provided quarterly service today which included: -A sweep for cobwebs and check for wasp or bee activity. -Replenishment of rodent bait stations (which showed moderate activity) -A liquid treatment to the foundations of the home. While I didn’t see any activity today, the amount of mulch against the foundation of the home could undermine our liquid treatment. Especially in the area where the mulch was overlapping a basement window. Just something to keep an eye on. Deep mulch can attract ants, most often. Termites are also possible. I applied a non repellent solution around the exterior perimeter of the house at the foundation level targeting general pests including ants and spiders. I also spot treated the wood fence near the garage for carpenter bees. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with these treatments. I installed 18 Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of your house. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal.
