I like the professionalism of the job Green Pest offers paired with the friendliness of their well-trained team-members. When I asked them for help originally I had a Yellow Jacket invasion that another company couldn’t manage while Green Pest got it quickly under control. Good afternoon. It good talking with you. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. There was some ant activity near the back door of the kitchen so I applied a non repellent treatment to that area along with the baseboards. I also applied an ant gel in the crevices behind the faucet; as well as installed 4 ant bait stations along the counter and on the window sill. I would advise to have tight lids on the trash cans and to clean up the cat food as these serve as conducive conditions for ants and other pests to be attracted to. After inspecting around the exterior I noticed the putty around the ac line going into the house is cracked. I would advise to get this sealed immediately so that pests cannot enter the home. Then I installed 4 termite monitors near the corners of your home to monitor any possible termite activity. Carefully avoiding plants, vegetables, and any personal items I then applied a non-repellent treatment around the exterior foundation of your

Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I placed ant bait arenas in locations where ant activity was scene. I also left you with additional arenas to place in your attic and bedroom. In the basement I placed mice bait stations in the crawl space and closets. I applied a liquid treatment to the first floor and basement base boards to help combat ants. Outside, I set up a larger bait station by the hvac and installed termite monitors at each corner of the home. I found a gap by the hvac as well that I filled with copper mesh. I’m going to schedule a follow-up appointment to apply a liquid treatment to the foundation due to rain. We’ll be back in about 30 days to assess progress.
