Hi, good morning, it was nice meeting you today. Today I completed the premium plus service. I inspected the rodent bait stations and snap traps in the basement, there was no signs of recent activity. I recommend cleaning up old mouse droppings to make it easier to monitor new rodent activity. I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations, they all showed heavy activity, I replaced all with fresh bait. I removed visible cobwebs to reduce spider activity. I inspected the termite monitors, they showed no signs of activity. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment. If you have any other pest issues, please contact our office. Good afternoon. Today was an initial service. I installed 4 termite monitors outside near the corners. The AC hose line connection to home had a gap and I filled it with copper mesh. I placed out 15 mouse snap traps into unfinished basement area, along with 3 mouse bait stations and 2 mouse bait stations in the garage.
