Today I completed your initial pest inspection and treatment services. It was good talking with you today. Today I inspected the interior and exterior of your home for any current issues. I installed two mice bait stations in your garage and one rodent bait station in front of your garage to help combat rodent activity. I installed four termite monitoring stations on the corners of your home to monitor termite activity. I treated the exterior foundation line of your home with a liquid residual to help prevent ants and general and seasonal invaders. It was great to speak with you today before I got started with your initial inspection/service. Today from our conversation, it seems you’re dealing with some ants in the kitchen area. Today I inspected the home from top of the bottom locating a few issues. I did see some trailing ants in the kitchen, and I noticed some small acorns and things downstairs behind your washer and dryer. While I was in the home. I did try to inspect for any old or new termite activity, not finding anything currently however, when I was finished inside, I did notice some termite monitors and control units around the exterior and I did pop a few of these open not seeing any termites however these units are controlling activity in the soil from previous company. No termite activity was observed inside or outside however, I did treat the interior baseboards all the way around where I could reach with a non-repellent solution to control any trailing activity of General household pests, including ants. Hi, good afternoon, it was nice seeing you today. Today I completed the premium plus service. I removed a large amount of cobwebs to reduce spider activity. The termite monitors show no signs of activity. The large rodent bait stations on the exterior perimeter and in the crawlspace all showed minimal activity, I replaced with fresh bait. During my inspection, I noticed hornet activity in the siding on the side of the house where the driveway is and other activity in the crack in the retaining wall by the front door. I applied a non-repellent solution into these areas to mitigate hornet activity. I then applied the solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests.
