Hi, good morning, it was nice meeting you today. Today I completed the premium plus initial service. I placed two ant bait stations in the kitchen, one on the windowsill and the other on the counter near the sink. If you see a swarm of ants around these stations, leave them alone so they could take the bait back to their colony. I applied a non-repellent solution around the baseboards of the kitchen to target ant activity. I spot treated the carpenter bee holes with a non-repellent solution to help mitigate activity. I applied another non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of the house and detached garage to target ants and other general pests. I installed four termite monitors around the perimeter of the house, these will be checked every quarterly. I removed the large amount of cobwebs to reduce spider activity. Good afternoon this is David with Green Pest Solutions. It was nice meeting you today. Per our conversation you stated you only wanted the exterior work completed today and that the occasional carpenter ant was observed. As such, I completed your initial pest inspection and service. I swept away spider webs and removed 5 active wasp nests. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I installed 4 termite monitors at approximately each corner of the house. I also reused 2 exterior rodent bait stations. One near the air conditioner unit and the other one near the garage doors. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches.
