This will aid in the elimination and prevention of any current or future termite infestations. It can take up to 90 days from the start of feeding to fully eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period is normal and should be expected. I applied a liquid residual around the exterior of the home. This will aid in the elimination and prevention of various pests such as ants and other surface crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items located against the foundation of the home as well as any flowering plants. I checked and replenished all exterior rodent bait stations. Moderate feeding observed. Replaced all bait accordingly. I inspected around the exterior of the home for any major gaps or entry points. No recommendations at this time.
