Today I completed your quarterly pest service and upgraded your service to Complete by installing the Sentricon termite bait system around the exterior perimeter of your house and detached garage. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution to the exterior perimeter of the house targeting general pests including spiders and ants. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results for this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found light activity. I replaced the bait. I installed 20 Sentricon termite bait stations around the perimeter of the house and detached garage. This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal.
