Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you.Today I completed your pest control service. I removed all spider webs around the exterior of the house including around windows and doors. I inspected for any stinging insects and saw no signs of activity present at this time.I added termite monitors that will be checked each quarterly visit. I set up rodent equipment on the interior and exterior as needed. Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. While inspecting the exterior perimeter of home, I noticed a large opening on the front left side where utility lines enter through vent along the foundation. I recommend sealing this opening to prevent rodent and other pest entry. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows carefully avoiding personal items. This is targeting general pests trying to enter this time of year. I also replaced damaged termite monitoring stations around the home. You also stated that you only wanted the exterior work done as there are no issues inside currently. As such, I completed your initial pest service and inspection. I swept away spider webs and wasp nests as needed. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders.
