I 0was pleasantly surprised that Matt P was quick to check on the outside bait stations and replaced the bait regardless of the amount in the station. He went above and beyond my expectations troubleshooting possible exterior entrances of mice. He was very pleasant and seemed eager to help any way he could.

This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home. Heavy feeding observed. Replaced bait accordingly. I added one more station to the rear of home as well. I checked the 4 stations you brought outside. 2 of them showed moderate feeding but since I don’t know what part of the house they came from, I cannot tell where they were being fed on. I replaced the bait in all 4 of them. For the future, please do not remove the interior stations. Please let us perform that aspect of the service.
