I called on a Monday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day between 7-9am. Kevin was here right at 7 - super friendly and explained everything to me regarding the treatment for our wasp nest. Would recommend this company to anyone dealing with pests!

Robert Wilson does an excellent job. He is always courteous, listens to what pest problems we have then efficiently and effectively addresses those issues. Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. I found carpenter ants at the front of the house and around the back deck. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter along the foundation. I treated inside along the baseboards and around appliances as well. I placed granular bait where activity was highest outside and I put down a few ant bait arenas inside. I installed termite monitors outside that will be checked during each service. I recommend clearing away leaves, dead tree stumps and branches from the home to help prevent activity. Please allow up to two weeks for the treatment to take effect. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the interior rodent bait stations in the shed and found heavy activity. I replaced the old bait with new bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. I found some openings in the soffit at the back of the house.
