I called on a Monday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day between 7-9am. Kevin was here right at 7 - super friendly and explained everything to me regarding the treatment for our wasp nest. Would recommend this company to anyone dealing with pests!

I also taped over a wet spot on the ceiling that is likely from the nest. I used an aerosol to quickly knockdown any live yellow jackets on the interior. Good morning, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your initial pest control service. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for any evidence of termites and found none at this time. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the house. I also inspected for gaps conducive to rodent entry and found several around and in the basement windows, which I recommend sealing. I placed two large rodent bait stations on the exterior for mice. I used a liquid residual to treat the yellow jacket nest in the ground, as well as the large bald-faced hornets nest in the tree.
