Good evening, today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Ant activity observed in laundry room and mouse droppings found in basement along window ledge. No visible termite activity observed on the interior or exterior of the home. I installed four termite monitors on the corners around your home. While inspecting the exterior perimeter I noticed multiple entry points around utility lines behind air conditioning unit, generator and on back right corner where wires enter the home. I applied copper mesh to block these openings and help prevent rodent entry. There is also two exhaust vents in the front of home at ground level that do not closed providing mice with access to the basement/crawlspace area. I recommend sealing these openings. I added two exterior rodent bait stations behind air-conditioning unit and in the back of home. I added six interior mouse bait stations on the left side of garage door, four on sill plate in basement and one in the back of crawls
