Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found moderate activity. I replaced the bait accordingly and placed another mouse bait station in the storage room. I checked the termite monitors and found no activity.
