Hello, today I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior. No issues were found, spider activity was reported in the bedroom. I applied a liquid treatment to the interior along the baseboards in the basement, bathroom, garage and first floor bedroom. I placed glue traps to monitor activity. I also installed a termite monitor at each corner of the exterior. I did not treat the exterior due to rain. Good morning, I completed your initial pest control service today. No issues were reported by the staff member I spoke to. I inspected throughout the interior and exterior for any evidence of termites and found none at this time. I placed four termite monitoring stations at each corner of the building. I also checked the existing glue boards. I replaced them as needed due to minor spider activity. I replaced the existing bait station in the basement as well, and added one under the oven in the kitchen due to minor mouse droppings. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I also added a large rodent bait station to the exterior near the bilco doors. I then treated the exterior perimeter, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for ants, spiders, and other general pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect.
