Stewart was knowledgeable and very informative. He assessed issue with the Carpenter Bees, treated them, and explained where they were as well as what they were up to. He educated me on the Wasp that would be a predator for carpenter bees in our area. I am an outdoor lover and have enjoyed nature my whole life. I love the fact that an "exterminator" enjoys nature and the cycle of life. Stewart was polite and neat with the applications he did for our house. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior for ants and general pests. You may see an increase in activity for a few days, this activity will decrease over time. Hello. Today I completed your Pest initial service. I installed termite monitors at the corners of the property. I inspected the interior and exterior for rodent activity. In the far back left corner on the outside was a hole being used by birds. I recommend getting that sealed off. Internally, the drain pipes in the kitchen and the bathrooms are completely open. I recommend getting those capped off to limit mobility. I checked for other possible entry points around the property, but found none at this time. I recommend getting door sweeps for the doors in the sunroom. I removed any paper wasp nests from the exterior of the home. I placed two exterior bait stations, one by the AC unit, one in the boathouse under the bench. I placed three interior bait stations, one under the kitchen sink, one behind the stove, one in the unfinished closet next to the standing shower. All of the yellow jackets inside are currently dead. I went outside and identified the vent that they are flying into. I treated this area with a liquid residual for stinging insects.
