Stewart was knowledgeable and very informative. He assessed issue with the Carpenter Bees, treated them, and explained where they were as well as what they were up to. He educated me on the Wasp that would be a predator for carpenter bees in our area. I am an outdoor lover and have enjoyed nature my whole life. I love the fact that an "exterminator" enjoys nature and the cycle of life. Stewart was polite and neat with the applications he did for our house. I am very pleased with all aspects of the service and would recommend Stewart and Green Pest to friends!

Matt, the technician who provided services for my home, was extremely pleasant, polite and knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything that was going to be done because of my concern for my pets' safety. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I swept away any webs I saw from the exterior of the home. All termite monitors showed no signs of activity. The bait stations showed little outside showed moderate feeding, so I refilled it with fresh bait. I also applied a liquid treatment in the basement as requested for spiders. I applied a separate liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect. If you have any issues, feel free to give us a call. I removed webs off the home especially in the front. I applied a liquid residual to the exterior perimeter. This will help with the box elder bugs you see. I inspected termite monitors, replaced two that were damaged. No activity was in them at this time. Allow time for control of ants, once they feed it can take up to two weeks for control. I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the interior rodent bait stations in the garage and found no activity. I replaced all of the back. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with or close proximity to the house at least 12 inches. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. Good morning it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected all floors and rooms of the home looking for signs of cockroaches. I treated around the entire house, with a heavy focus on the kitchen and pantry, with a liquid residual with the cockroaches. I also placed down roach bait stations and roach gel in the cabinets. During my exterior inspection, I removed a paper wasp nest from the second floor awning. The first quarterly service will be here in about a month at that time they will be able to treat other rooms of the house that you have prepared for us.
