Matt, the technician who provided services for my home, was extremely pleasant, polite and knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything that was going to be done because of my concern for my pets' safety. He was also very thorough in his inspection of my home and surrounding grounds and letting me know if he detected any other issues other than the carpenter ants I had found.
