Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of the building. I also applied a liquid residual treatment throughout the interior of the basement. I inspected and serviced all interior and exterior rodent bait devices. Minimal rodent activity noted at this time in the basement and heavy activity noted on the exterior. I inspected all multi catch traps on the first floor and no rodent activity noted at this time. Please allow two weeks for treatment to be effective. Today we completed your Termite Liquid application. I treated the interior damage with Termidor foam. I also installed the rear exterior termite bait stations. Hello today I was here for your initial pest service for ants, while I was doing my inspection I found old mice activity in the basement but I placed one MBS station by the garage door to monitor activity. I placed glue boards throughout the entire basement and two in the kitchen area underneath the bakery tables. I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement and upper level doorways, Then I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property as a preventative for all General pest. Last I placed two large exterior rodent bait stations one in the back of the property and one on the far right side by the garage door way to also monitor rodent activity.
