Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of your home for ants and other insects. I also installed two interior rodent bait devices on the sill plate area of the basement as well as two interior bait devices in the garage. I installed one exterior rodent bait device on the right side of the home. I installed four termite monitoring devices on the exterior. Please allow two weeks for treatment to be effective. Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior for mouse activity and found droppings in the dining room and kitchen. I placed mice bait stations under the kitchen sink, under the oven, in the dining room, and in the basement next to the fridge. I also added an exterior bait station in the back yard. I then inspected the perimeter for entry points. I used copper mesh to close gaps in the corner foundation of the home. I installed termite monitors at the exterior corners of the home that we’ll continue to check with each visit. I then applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation to combat general pests.
