Never left a message informing me of a quarterly service call. Serviced outside bait stations but not inside because I was unaware they scheduled a service call. Of course they charged full fee. I had to call and schedule another service. Liz made me feel like it was my fault.

Also inspected your exterior rodent control device. There was a small amount of activity. Hello. Sorry we missed you today. I completed your pest control service. I refilled outside rodent bait, there were signs of moderate activity. I treated the exterior of the home for ants, spiders and general pests by applying a liquid residual treatment to the foundation, around doors and windowsills. You may see an increase in activity for a few days, this activity will decrease over time. Please allow 2 weeks for our treatment to take full effect.
