Never left a message informing me of a quarterly service call. Serviced outside bait stations but not inside because I was unaware they scheduled a service call. Of course they charged full fee. I had to call and schedule another service. Liz made me feel like it was my fault.

Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait station and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
