Never left a message informing me of a quarterly service call. Serviced outside bait stations but not inside because I was unaware they scheduled a service call. Of course they charged full fee. I had to call and schedule another service. Liz made me feel like it was my fault.

Hello sorry I missed you today. I completed your quarterly service. I swept away any webs I saw from the exterior of the home. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation. Good morning, I completed your quarterly pest control service today. I replaced 10 ant bait stations and 15 glue boards were used. I treated exterior perimeter with liquid residual for ants, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect. I placed two extra mouse bait stations in the detached garage. I also refilled all exterior bait stations, including the garage. Good afternoon it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the interior of the house, including kitchen and basement. I found a few holes around the kitchen and basement. I used some copper mesh to block up the holes that I could, and I recommended that you get some sort of expanding foam or caulk for the ones that I could not fill. In the basement, I placed three mouse bait stations as well as three snap traps. There is a fourth bait station in the pantry. During my exterior inspection, I blocked a couple more holes with copper mesh. I placed two large bait stations outside, one by the Bilco doors and another on the side of the house. I also installed four termite monitors to help monitor for termite activity. as a reminder, the quarterly tech will be here in about a month.
