Never left a message informing me of a quarterly service call. Serviced outside bait stations but not inside because I was unaware they scheduled a service call. Of course they charged full fee. I had to call and schedule another service. Liz made me feel like it was my fault.

As such, I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Hello. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I checked your interior bait stations in the shed. They were empty. I checked the three interior bait stations in the home and showed no activity at this time. I refilled with fresh bait. I removed any cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I treated the exterior foundation with a non-repellent liquid solution targeting in spiders and other general pests. Please allow two weeks for the treatment to take full effect. Hello. Today I completed your pest initial service. I inspected your property and found limited activity. There was previous rodent activity in your basement as shown by old bait stations. I replaced them with new stations. In the basement, one was placed above the laundry machine and another above the electrical boxes. I placed two exterior bait stations, one underneath the patio to the right of the basement door, one on the side of the rear unit near the basement window. I found two openings that need to be sealed on the main unit. One pipe from the Sump pump next to the AC unit, one exterior line next to the basement door. There is an opening on the rear unit leading to the basement with a rotted wood on the window. I recommend getting that replaced. I treated the interior floorboards of both units and the exterior foundation with a non-liquid solution, targeting ant, spiders, and other general pests. Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait station and found minimal activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
