Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your quarterly service. I placed glue boards under the kitchen sink, in the bathroom and in the basement to monitor activity. You mentioned ants on the kitchen counter occasionally, so I placed an ant bait arena where activity is scene. I inspected the wooden fence and found carpenter bee burrowing holes that I treated with an aerosol residual. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home.
