It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I inspected the interior and exterior thoroughly for termites and other general pests. No signs of any major pest issues discovered today. I wrote up and emailed a wood destroying insect report over. Lastly, I removed any visible/reachable spider webs around the home.
