Good morning ma’am It was very nice to meet you and as you know, my name is Chris and today I came to do your pest control service. Starting inside, I checked all the rodent stations in the basement kitchen and ground floor areas and there was no activity on any of them. No evidence was found either suggesting that you’re having an ongoing issue at this time. You did mention seeing ants on your kitchen counter, so I left you two baited ant stations and explained how to deploy them and what your expectations will be. Next, I went outside and first removed webs and spider activity from the façade, using my web tool, checked your rodent stations, which were 100% fine but I Did freshen the stations up with new bait. Next, I thoroughly treated the exterior of your home with liquid residual material. Please allow up to 14 days for this application to agitate and/or eliminate any insect pest, including ants that may come in contact with. Since you were on your work call, I said goodby
Good afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior and exterior and found no signs of termite activity at this time. I sealed two entry points to help mitigate rodent activity. There were several exterior penetrations that we discussed. I recommend having those penetrations sealed up to help mitigate any activity. I placed snap trapsin cardboard, mouse tunnels in the living room, dining room and kitchen. I placed two snap traps under the stove and in the corner cabinet. I placed eight interior bait stations in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement for mouse activity. I placed two exterior bait stations to help mitigate rodent activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows and the sides of doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Someone will be out in two weeks for a follow up service. If you have any questions
