Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. The front door was open and your dog was by the door so I didn’t knock. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report. All rodent bait stations had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good morning. Today I completed your service call for mice. You mentioned seeing mice in kitchen by dishwasher. I started off inspecting the kitchen cabinet below the sink. I saw an opening where the dishwasher lines run into the cabinet. I sealed off the opening with copper mesh. I also saw mice droppings in the cabinet. I placed a rodent bait station under the cabinet. I also placed a rodent station in the corner of the lazy Susan cabinet as well. I recommend keeping as much food products in sealed bins. Mice will chew through paper and plastic products. On the exterior, I didn’t see any obvious openings around the home. I did inspect all exterior bait stations. Heavy feeding in all stations.
