Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. By request, I inspected and replenished the rodent bait stations in your office. No feeding at this time. On the exterior, the rodent bait stations by the garage and by the shed both had heavy feeding, all bait was gone. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I also spot treated along the front window and along the door sill for wasp activity. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I’m sorry I missed you. I started off inspecting the exterior. I noticed 2 termite monitors were missing. I replaced both. The other 2 monitors had no activity. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. A liquid treatment was applied to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good morning. Today I completed your service call for mice. You mentioned seeing mice in kitchen by dishwasher. I started off inspecting the kitchen cabinet below the sink. I saw an opening where the dishwasher lines run into the cabinet. I sealed off the opening with copper mesh. I also saw mice droppings in the cabinet. I placed a rodent bait station under the cabinet. I also placed a rodent station in the corner of the lazy Susan cabinet as well. I recommend keeping as much food products in sealed bins. Mice will chew through paper and plastic products. On the exterior, I didn’t see any obvious openings around the home. I did inspect all exterior bait stations. Heavy feeding in all stations. Good afternoon, Nice to meet you today. I was here for your initial pest service. On the inside I placed gel bait where ants were active. They were trailing under cabinets by side door, pantry and bathroom. I placed bait stations for mice in the basement, both crawlspaces and barn. On the exterior I placed a bait station at barn and home. I plugged up an opening at the home and two at the barn. I applied a liquid to the exterior perimeter. I in addition installed termite monitors which we will inspect going forward. All time for results from today’s service. Once ants find bait they will congregate in large numbers. Good morning. Today I completed your premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice. Upon arrival I spoke with Tom the chef. He said an employee saw a mouse in the walk in refrigerator. I started off in the basement. I noticed a few openings, one around the front window, and one in the back right side of the basement where a utility line is entering the building. I added photos for reference to your portal. I placed rodent bait stations along the sill plate of the basement. In the kitchen, I inspected behind all stoves and appliances. I didn’t see any issues at this time. I did see some droppings in the walk in refrigerator. I placed a tin cat station on the left side under the food rack. On the exterior, I went around and sealed off as many openings as I could with copper mesh. I replaced glue boards in the men’s and women’s bathroom. The basement glue boards in the tin cat stations had light insect activity I replaced all glue traps. The rodent bait stations had no activity I updated the bait. Upstairs, the bait station in the utility closet had no feeding at this time. Glue board in the secondary bathroom had light insect activity, I replaced the glue board. On the exterior, I inspected all rodent bait stations. No feeding at this time. Hello, today I completed your initial service. I checked and refilled all existing bait stations. All of them were empty, I added three to the exterior and one to the garage where the main issue is. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the house that will be checked during future services. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior along the foundation and around doors and windows. I also swept away any spider webs I found around the exterior. Please allow some time for rats to find the bait. We will be back out in about 30 days for your first quarterly.
