Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. You mentioned seeing ants in your kitchen. I gave you two ant bait arenas to use in the house wherever you see ant activity. The exterior bait stations all had heavy activity all bait was gone. I fully replenished the stations. I added another bait station to the front left corner of the home. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. The exterior bait station had heavy feeding, I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation and to the perimeter of the basement to help control seasonal pests. Hello, today I completed your initial service. I checked and refilled all existing bait stations. All of them were empty, I added three to the exterior and one to the garage where the main issue is. I installed a termite monitor at each corner of the house that will be checked during future services. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior along the foundation and around doors and windows. I also swept away any spider webs I found around the exterior. Please allow some time for rats to find the bait. We will be back out in about 30 days for your first quarterly.
