We went as far as to put a note on our account about treating inside and outside on all visits. When I received a text saying that there is no need to be home because they are treating only the outside I had to call them and tell them to read there own notes on the account. Only treat inside and outside on all visits. Enough is enough. The mice moved inside when the weather got cold. What good does it do to treat the outside only when the mice are already inside? I will be looking for a new exterminator due to the fact that this company does not listen to the customer and fails to follow through with a simple request.
