I applied a non repellent treatment to the interior baseboard section of the kitchen by the sliding and the baseboard and windows of the room leading to the driveway targeting ants and other general pests. I also placed 3 mouse bait stations in the basement in the corners of the sill plates. Carefully avoiding plants, vegetables, and any personal items I then applied a non-repellent treatment around the exterior foundation of your home, treating for ants and other general pests. Today I completed an initial service. I installed 4 termite monitors outside near the corners and did not locate any termites today. I treated the basement, exterior and cicada killer holes with a liquid residual solution. I filled a gap around the a/c hose connected to home with copper mesh. I left you glue boards and placed out 3 mouse bait stations in the garage and 1 large rodent bait station by a/c. Best results take effect in 2 weeks. Good morning, My name is Dominic, and today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. First, I checked the interior of the home, I found evidence of mouse activity in the attic and in the basement, I placed four mouse bait stations in each of those areas, these bait stations will help us determine, how much activity you have and possibly pinpointing where the activity is coming from. Next, I checked the exterior of the home, first I placed four termite monitoring stations around the perimeter of the home. Next I checked mulch beds for possible mouse Burroughs ,I checked for any external gaps cracks or any possible entry points for mice to enter. I placed one exterior rodent bait station behind the HVAC unit in the yard, as you have utility lines that run up to the attic, this may be a possible entry point, this will help us determine how much activity you may have on the exterior of your home in this area. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found minimal activity.
