Frank from Green Pest Solutions was great ! He was friendly and informative. I was worried about mice getting into a small opening on the outside of my crawl space and he mentioned that he had a mesh material that would help prevent the critters from entering. I then inspected and treated the exterior foundation, and around doors/windows, with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the treatments full effect. I checked the termite monitors and found no signs of activity. I also refilled the exterior bait station due to moderate activity.
