Good afternoon I completed your initial inspection today. I started with the main issue area of the attic. Due to the lack of floor in the attic, I was not able to inspect all of the area. However, I did place two mouse bait stations in the attic to help us monitor for activity. I then continued my inspection with the basement. I found little to no activity of bugs and I found no signs of mice. I still placed four bait stations in the basement just to monitor for activity. I treated the perimeter of the basement with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. After that I inspected the garage area and found a few spiders and some dead bugs but nothing out of the ordinary. I treated the perimeter of the garage as well. I then did a general inspection of the rest of the house. I found no signs of ants or any other pests around. Finally, I inspected the exterior of the home.
