The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior bait stations for rodent activity. The exterior bait station on the left side the of the home, behind the A/C unit was empty. Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. Sorry we missed you today. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs while refreshing the exterior rodent bait station which showed moderate signs of rodent activity. We treated the exterior perimeter, eaves and window trim with a liquid residual to help prevent ants and general seasonal pests. Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of the entire first floor, second floor and basement. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows. This is targeting spiders, ants and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. I inspected the interior bait stations in the basement. The stations in storage room along sill plate in the left and right corners both showed minimal activity and all other stations showed no activity. Exterior bait station on the right side of garage showed heavy activity. I replenished all with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population.
