the young man did a very good and thorough job much better than last year he went over my whole yard it is a very expensive treatment this is the second year Is there something to be done to prevent this problem none of my neighbors have it and we have been here since 1976

Hi Dolores, thanks for the great review! The cicada killer wasps tend to come out in July and August and there really is not any way to prevent them. One thing we can recommend is to keep the ground moist with a sprinkler or just hosing it down. That will help deter them from digging the holes where they nest. They are also primarily attracted to sunny yards, so shade will also help!
