Lee did a very thorough job of prevention of mice entry with mash screens were appropriate, and also of refilling the bait stations and adding new bait stations outside all of which was appropriate and necessary for this particular job. Yellow jackets had made their way into our homes wall and eaves, and started to enter the living space in large numbers once the weather got cold. Someone came out the day after I called, and promptly took care of the problem.

Jamiel was really personable, asked many questions, was very observant about our property, and asked additional questions about possible other pests. He even removed an old wasp’s nest which he saw. He reminded me about how the services work should we have any additional concerns or continue to see problems. He was terrific.

Today I performed your premium plus initial service. I inspected the interior and exterior for pest activity and conducive conditions, I filled in possible entry points around the home with copper mesh and gave you recommendations on areas that needed to be sealed with insulation foam or door sweeps like the kitchen door and the holes seen in the unfinished parts of the basement. I placed small bait stations 2 in the garage, 1 on the basement ledge, 1 in the basement closet and the last one underneath the stove. I also placed 2 large bait stations on the sides of the home.
