Good afternoon, I was here today to complete your initial pest control service and inspection. I inspected the exterior foundation of unit one and the front and unit two in the back both contain exterior penetrations that need to be sealed to prevent rodent and pest entry. Pictures Available in documents. From my interior inspection of unit two, exterior penetration light can be seen all the way through and is a rodent entry and exit point. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of both units to combat ants and other seasonal pest. I placed one large rodent bait station outside of unit two covering exterior penetration. I installed two mouse beats stations inside of storage room in unit two. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution throughout the storage room and hallway and bathroom of unit two in the back.
