Steve came to our house as we have had a few mice recently. He was very thorough and clearly explained one time visits vs yearly contract. He made a few recommendations regarding trap placement and areas mice like to usually come in. With the way he describes the program it is a no brainer to sign up for the yearly contract. Very impressed.
