He listened to all my concerns and was reassuring that they could take care of all our problems. He explained everything clearly and honestly, and answered all my questions. He also held good conversation while he filled out all the forms needed, which was really nice. He was all around a really kind person, and made me feel great about choosing J&J as our pest control.
