J&J has been our exterminator for years. They have kept our home and 2 shops free from all pesty bugs and rats/mice. We have a new representative, Mr. Rodney Morgan, and he's awesome. His customer service skills are on point, and he's always wearing a smile. He thoroughly explains what he is doing, and gives feedback on how to prevent pests from invading our territory in the future. He's trust worthy and professional. You can tell he loves his job because he speaks highly about the company and their products. Thank you, Mr. Rodney, for keeping the unwanted pests, out of our home and for explaining everything you do so that we understand. J&J should award you for the outstanding work you do for them.
