Lucas Dartez was sent to my house by J and J after carpenters found termites. They recommended that I call J and J. I’m glad I did. Lucas arrived promptly, crawled under the house and assessed the situation. He calmly explained his findings, which were better than I expected. He then did some calculations and explained different options to me. I felt no pressure. I made the choice that I think is best for me. Although finding termites is scary, Lucas helped me focus on the positive.
