Arrived on time. Fast and friendly service. We called at closing yesterday afternoon for termites swarming and we were able to have someone come out the next morning. Roger completed a thorough inspection of the outside of our house and did not locate any active termites. Roger noticed one of the bait stations needed to be seated further in the ground to avoid damage from a lawn mower and took care of that as well.

During a recent floor removal/replacement, some very UNWANTED guests were discovered by my contractors. I immediately reached out to my "son", Clint, who is an exterminator for J&J. Within a few minutes, I received a call from Steve, sales MGR. He was at my home to do an inspection and scheduled an appointment for service on Wednesday morning. Steve told me who would be performing my service, Bubba (Roger) before he left. Bubba and JJ arrived early (815ish)during the scheduled block time I was given (8-11 a.m.) My service was performed in a very prompt and professional manner. All of these gentlemen mentioned were very kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Most of all they were all PROFESSIONAL! Bubba explained and showed me what was done and explained what will happen going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
