First, I get an automated message stating J&J is coming to our home for our treatment. I call the next business day to confirm no one needs to be home for the inspection. I’m told by the lady that answers the phone that no one needs to be home when they come out. The next day a person comes to our home, but does no treatment to the perimeter of our home. I call the office and get the same lady as mentioned before. She transfers me to a man that is apologetic about the prior mix up. He tells me that a service person will be at my home the following day at 8:00 am. The guy shows up today at 9:15 am instead of 8:00 am. He shows my wife his paperwork stating he was to be here at 9:00 am instead of 8:00 am. My wife said he was very professional and did a great job. J&J’s office personnel need to get their stuff together.
