The service was beyond excellent from start to finish. First the initial guy that came out to survey( Will Moten) I think?? Came out did the survey explained everything thoroughly broke down how the termites operate even sent me some videos. Then this guy (Larry Williams) Does the service. First he called me to inform me he was in route which was good because I was at work. I asked if he could come after I got off. He agreed with no problems even though it would be close to his knock off time. Dude shows chill didn't try to rush the job took his time explained things answered the questions I asked. Explained the process before he started. It had to be about 97 degrees that day but he handled it. We had great conversation while he worked. I have some geo cloth down in my yard that the machine couldn't drill through guy went got a knife to try to cut through it. By time he was finished we were talking like we've been knowing each other for years. Dude is real cool a family man. I'LL GIVE YOU GUYS 10 STARS IF YOU GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!! P.S.
