After getting multiple estimates for a termite contract and mosquito treatment, I went with J&J primarily due to the exceptional customer service I noted while speaking with Will Moten. He worked with me to build a custom plan for my home and accommodated special (above their usual) safety requsts due to my higher COVID-19 risk factors. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and came to the house on the day of the installation of the termite baits to make sure all went well and that we were all on the same page. The technicians that came out to apply the baits and treatment were courteous, respectful, and involved their supervisor when they had questions to make sure the bait treatments were placed properly and didn't damage any of my stonework around my pool. When I called Will to ask questions, he responded immediately and courteously. My husband and I have had poor experiences with others we've tried to hire to work on our home. I was beginning to wonder if our expectations that hired services to come with common courtesy and professionalism were too high. Not only did Will meet and exceed those expectations, so did each of the 3 technicians and the supervisor that came out. I highly recommend J & J for their services and the professionalism with which they conduct those services.

Termite inspection

Inspector was really outstanding, and had very good communication skills. He explained the steps for the inspection, and showed how the bait system worked. During the inspection of 28 bait traps he found one that the termites had eaten all of the material. He explained how the termites would return to their colony and spread the chemicals and die.
