The service I received was awesome. Lance went above and beyond what was necessary, in my opinion. I suggested he shortcut a little with the quarterly pest control because of the heat and because mine was his last stop of the day. He declined and assured me he was ok with the heat and that he would take good care of us, which he did. He was professional, efficient, and personable. Will definitely recommend J & J to others needing exterminating services.

Could not have asked for better service, and the price for treatment was a pleasant surprise. Troy came the same day I called to measure the perimeter and provide a price; AJ was there the very next day putting in the bait stations and checking underneath the house for termites. (None present, a huge worry lifted.) Both men were friendly, personable and professional. I am somewhat reclusive, yet was very much at ease having them at my house. Will definitely be recommending the service to my friends and neighbors. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience—a perfect match for what I needed.
