Eric was amazing to work with! He even answered my call before work hours when my daughter with her newborn was in a panic finding bedbugs. Helped us find the culprits and scheduled extermination and was extremely helpful explaining to her how anyone can bring them in and out and it wasn't her fault. Thanks to Eric and give him a raise! P.S. wish there was a hurtful button for the pricing question lol
