J&J has consistently given my nearly 100 year-old mother, and now me, great service. I am not exaggerating when I say that their technicians are not only competent and conscientious, but truly caring people. I thanked them this morning for the attention given to my Mom and now me. Stay away from the big 2, Terminix and Orkin. My mother had nearly been in tears with the phone menu of the former; and the latter kept trying to sell me SUPER EXPENSIVE service unrelated or scantily related to pest control. This morning, the agent explained what he did and made certain all of my questions were answered. Thank you, again. Little acts of kindness are often missed from businesses these days, except at J&J.
