Joey has been great all year. The technicians before him can’t compare to him at all. We use to have all kinds of problems before he took over. Joey comes every month when he is supposed to. It was even raining today and he still came out to do the service instead of rescheduling. He is also very kind and polite. He is by far the best technician we have ever had with J&J.
