Brad has been our technician for over a year. He takes care of our vacation home in which we are not there full time. I was concerned from past experiences with another pest control service that the technician would do a bare minimum and quickly move on to their next job. Jameson was extremely polite and courteous. He also was very knowledgeable of all the bugs and critters in and outside my home. He did a real good and thorough job. He spoke with me before he started and after he was finished and he assured me if I felt I needed more done or if my bug problem got worse after he left, he would return again at “No Charge” to take care of my bug needs. Awesome customer service and wonderful technician. I highly recommend J & J Exterminating.
