Brad has been our technician for over a year. He takes care of our vacation home in which we are not there full time. I was concerned from past experiences with another pest control service that the technician would do a bare minimum and quickly move on to their next job. I was impressed with Brad from the beginning and wondered if he would keep up the pace and continue to deliver exemplary customer service. Brad has NOT slowed down nor has he decreased his customer service one bit!!!!! I have cameras that monitor my property and have personally observed how thorough Brad’s service calls continue to be maintained. He’s there on time, stays an appropriate amount of time and takes time to address details on the property. Brad is a technician with integrity that does ‘the right thing’…even when no one is present onsite. I will continue to highly recommend Brad Andes and J&J to friends and family on and around the Toledo Bend area!!
