I called to have my hot water heater fixed because it was leaking and within minutes I had a call back. Then in an hour and a half they were at my house putting a new hot water heater in. The tech Paul was very knowledgeable and curtious. He took the time to answer all my question and explain what he would be doing. This is not the first time I have used RA Nichols it is the third time. Every time I have gotten stellar service. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
