Tech arrived and was shown to kitchen sink by customer. Customer had explained that the sink started to back up so he tried to use Drano to clear it, however was unsuccessful. Tech explained options and procedure to customer. Customer authorized snaking of drain. Tech attempted to snake drain from underneath kitchen sink however was unsuccessful. Tech attempted to Hydro jet line however was also unsuccessful. Tech went into the basement and via Sani tea Snaked line making multiple passes until line was eventually clear. Upon testing of the line tech made customer aware of an obsolete uncapped tee for a filtration system, as well as the brass dish tee being loose. Customer authorized repair. Tech replaced piping, installing a new dish tee and deleting the no longer needed uncapped tee. At this time the drain is Working properly and no leaks are present. Tech recommended customer use a natural enzyme to help eat any residual grease off of the pipe.

Replace hot water 90 elbow to sink in bathroom - Cut out and drained system - replaced 90 and 2’ of 1/2” piping Hot water valve was continuously running meaning gate valve was not holding Abandoned gate valve and installed new ball valve going to water heater.

Technician arrived and was shown to back master bedroom closet, to which customer explained that within the past week or so they had noticed dampness and a wet carpet in the closet. Technician checked underneath the sink for the drains and supply lines at the lav sink, as well as the toilet and the toilet supply. Nothing seems to be leaking and everything was functioning and draining as it should. A moisture detecting tool was utilize to do a hasty search of the walls in the bathroom, the exterior, and the closet. All showing no signs of moisture. Technician talked to the neighbor and she had let him in to look at the bathroom. while doing a quick scan of the bathroom a small amount of water was found next to the toilet, to which v explained that she had to clean the toilet this morning and it was most likely left over from cleaning, however the rest of the bathroom appeared to be dry and functioning properly. Neighbor also added that over the past week her landlord had come in and ma
